September WOW and WOWSA Awards

Congratulations to Sawyer Conlin, the WAVE Outstanding Work Student Award (WOWSA) selection for September! Sawyer attends Parker High School and is the Student Body President, FFA Chapter President and an NHS member. She also raises and shows swine and cattle at the County Fair and breeds show hogs and puts on show clinics for local youth. Her future plans include attending the University of Arizona to get started on her goal of becoming a veterinarian.

Melanie Kimberlin was recognized with the WAVE Outstanding Work Award (WOW). Ms. Kimberlin is the Early Childhood instructor at Parker High School. She helped establish this new program last year and along with teaching the CTE standards, has intertwined the students and content into her pre-school classroom allowing high school students to get real world experience. Along with this, she has started teaching at AWC, which is why we weren't able to get a picture!

We look forward to seeing the accomplishments of both of these individuals in the future! Thanks for your hard work and dedication! Go Broncs!
