Mrs. Cox teaches the health services dual enrollment courses at Parker High School as part of a partnership with Arizona Western College and LaPaz Regional Medical Center. Her students have toured the hospital, worked at health fairs taking vitals on patients and she has increased the number of students participating in the HOSA chapter. All of these things help support the health career pipeline in Parker!
Yareli Duron Armenta was nominated by her FBLA advisor due to her consistency, professionalism and drive noting that she's kind, funny and smart. Along with this, she uplifts the people around her with her optimistic personality. As only a sophomore, we are excited to see what the future holds for this Parker High School student.
